Unfortunately, when someone hires us to do web site or graphic design, they frequently assume that because we are “computer people” that we have enlisted to become their PC tech support as well. However, tech support is not the function of your web designer or graphics designer. Our computers are our tools. We know how to use them, possibly to a greater extent than some people, but tech support is not our vocation. These pages are also for you. They were compiled from a list of most frequently asked questions from PC users. If your question is not answered here, we will help you with your tech support questions to the best of our ability for an additional hourly fee. Otherwise, you will have to call your software vendor or hire a technical support person who actually does tech support as a vocation.
